These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") govern your use of radiusrampco.com and any purchase you make from Radius Ramp Co ("we," "us"), a small handmade business in Wetumpka, Alabama, USA. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our products
Radius Ramp Co sells handmade fingerboard obstacles and related items. Every piece is built by hand in small batches. Minor variations in grain, color, finish, weight, and exact dimensions are normal and are part of a handmade product — they are not defects. Product photos and on-screen colors are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated in your cart, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery address. We may change prices, products, and availability at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed through PayPal; by ordering, you authorize the charge.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order — including after it's placed — for reasons such as items being out of stock, or pricing or description errors. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full. Because inventory is limited and handmade, an item can sell out before your checkout completes.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.
Safe use & assumption of risk
Our obstacles and stickers are intended for recreational fingerboarding and hobby use only. They are miniature products and are not designed or intended to support a person's body weight or to be used as, on, or with a real skateboard or full-size ramp. Do not stand, sit, or ride on them.
Choking hazard: these products and their parts are small and are not intended for children under 3. Keep small parts away from young children and pets. You are responsible for using our products safely and appropriately.
Intellectual property
The Radius Ramp Co name, the skeleton-hand logo, "FULLSTACK™," and all site text, images, and designs are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for our stated Returns & Refunds policy and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, our products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radius Ramp Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Radius Ramp Co harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Elmore County, Alabama, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
