We want you stoked on what you got. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Returns & exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in original condition. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defect, you're responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a genuine defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice, at no cost to you, return shipping included where needed.

Handmade means a little variation

Every obstacle is built by hand from real Baltic birch. Small differences in grain, finish, color, and exact dimensions are normal, expected, and part of the deal — they are not defects and aren't grounds for a return. Screen colors can also differ from the real thing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a little longer to appear.

Non-returnable

For hygiene and practicality, we can't accept returns on items that have been used or applied (for example, stickers that have been peeled or stuck), or on items marked final sale. Items lost or damaged in return transit that weren't packed adequately may not be eligible for a full refund.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once an item has been built or shipped we may not be able to make changes.
