Shipping Policy

Every order is packed and shipped by hand from our workshop in Wetumpka, Alabama. Here's what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and want a box, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping rates
- Stickers only: a flat $1 per order — they go out in an envelope.
- Orders with a box: $8 per box (so two boxes ship for $16, three for $24). Any stickers in the same order ride along in the box for free.
Shipping is calculated automatically in your cart and at checkout. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout (see below).
Processing & handling time
Our obstacles are handbuilt one at a time in small batches, so they aren't sitting on a shelf ready to grab. Typical timelines:
- Stickers: ship within 2–3 business days.
- Boxes / obstacles: allow up to 7–10 business days to build and ship. If a batch is already built, it goes sooner.
If something is going to take longer than that, we'll email you. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Carrier & delivery
We ship primarily via USPS. Delivery time after your order ships depends on the carrier and your location and is not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, its delivery is in the carrier's control.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery) at [email protected] and we'll make it right. Photos help for damage claims. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Alabama, calculated by your delivery address at checkout. Orders shipped elsewhere are not charged sales tax by us.
